Data collection and campaign management
Launch campaigns across hundreds of investees, track progress in real time, delegate responsibilities by role, and reduce manual follow-up with automated reminders. Cross-fund pre-fill helps investees reuse identical approved fields when reporting to multiple funds.
Validation and approval
Run configurable workflows from draft to in progress, submitted, and validated. Automated checks flag format issues, balance controls, and trend warnings. Rejected reports return with comments, while every data point, edit, status transition, and comment remains audit-ready.

Validated data is stored in a structured, versioned data warehouse owned by the client. Connect Power BI dashboards, generate formatted reports, export to Excel, CSV, or JSON, and integrate with portfolio management systems or CRMs via API.
